Within the first year, if DermaSeptic becomes defective or does not work properly, please call us so that we can help identify the problem. If it is determined that the unit is defective, you will be directed to return the unit to the above address and we will repair or replace the unit. Unfortunately, batteries are not included in the warrantee. 3 volt lithium replacement batteries can be purchased at Radio Shack or a similar retailer for approximately $2.50.
Please call us before you return the product. We may have some additional suggestions that will improve the product's performance.
If you purchased your product from a retailer or catalog and are wanting to return the device for a credit, you will need to contact the retailer or catalog directly.
